Envoy Driver App is a very user friendly driver app designed to on a single screen to give the best user experience. The home screen contains the most commonly used functions readily available with one tap of finger.
The plots or zones screen of Envoy drivers’ app shows the list of vehicles, pending jobs and the upcoming jobs within 15 and 30 minutes. This gives the driver a view of how many vehicles are in an area and how many pre-booked jobs in each zone. Based on these information drivers can move among zones to increase the chance of getting work.
The My Jobs screen of Envoy driver app shows two tabs, the first tab shows the list of upcoming bookings assigned to the driver. And the past jobs tab shows the list of jobs the driver has recently completed.
This screen of Envoy app allows drivers to accept or reject the booking they are being offered by the dispatch system. This screen is presented by the app with high pitch notification sound and with clear choice to accept or reject the job offer within 15 seconds.
This screen shows the current job details the driver just accepted. This screen contains three tabs the first tab shows the current booking, the second tab allows the driver to see their next jobs that are assigned to them, and the third tab shows the driver the jobs they just completed. Tapping on the arrived button the system will send text message to the customer notifying them that their vehicle has arrived and waiting for them.
This screen shows the current job details the driver just accepted. The Passenger on Board (POB) will indicate the controller that the passenger just got in the vehicle and the meter will start automatically if the job type is metered. No show button notifies the controller that the customer is not present in this location.
Envoy driver app has built in GPS meter. It is useful for the drivers who charge their customers according to metered tariff. This GPS meter works according to the tariff that is set in the management section of Envoy back-office taxi system.
Envoy app for drivers allows its users to bid for the pending bookings. User needs to tap on the jobs waiting button to see the list of jobs that are waiting to be served. Whoever taps on the job first will receive the booking if their vehicle is suitable to sever that booking.
